This era of boxing is no worse then when Mike Tyson was dominating. Most of his wins were against bums. So, it's kind of ******ed for people to complain about this heavy weight era but then love tyson's era because he can knock bums out in the first round. Tyson got beat by the bums of this era. Must be nice to lose to such names as Kevin McBride and Buster Douglass.

the stamina issue is bogus. he tired badly only twice in 52 fights. one due to inexperience and the other due to probably just throwing too many power shots per round and his defense has improved big time in the last 2 years

I saw this because he's beaten a heavy hitting undefeated good fighter in sam peter, beaten a long reigning hw champ chris bryd, he ko'd calvin brock who was undefeated, i'll forget about austin as it was a mismatch and he then ko'd a dangerous puncher who'd previously ko'd him. So do you think he'll eventually become p4p if he beats another champ or unifys the division.
Tough call. Remember that division has no weight limit so the competition differs alot. If you're Wladimir you have it too easy, if you're a fat 6,0 fighter you have it a nightmare. That's why rarely Heavyweights make good p4p candidates imo.

Imagine all the other guys being as physically perfect as Wladimir. He could still make it because he's a great fighter but would he have left jab KOs?

            No, that's all she wrote.

The term P4P was invented to encompass ALL WEIGHTS LOWER THAN HEAVYWEIGHT because it is the supreme weight class........and more specifically it was created solely because of Sugar Ray Robinson.

Someone said "How do you think he'd fare against a heavyweight" and the other person said "I don't know but let's call it Pound for Pound".

Call Yogi, he'll explain this more in detail.

There is no such thing as a heavyweight who has ever been on a P4P list.

Greg Leon at Btalk tried that **** and everyone pointed out he's a jackass.

Wlad is the best in the HW division because he has lost before but learned from those loses and because of it is winning fights very easily now and if he can keep KOing guys in 5-6-7 rds he'll defintly go up on my P4P list which he sits at # 10 on currently, His jab is the best in the sport in my eyes and well his last 3 performances have been world class ass whoopins!
Well said, and anyway, P4P USUALLY goes to the little twerps that would fall over if Wlad sneezed in their direction...or be in a coma for 20 years if he landed a right on them, the little boogers
