As much as I like de la hoya, I'd rather have hatton face mayweather because I like good vs bad guy scenarios. Pretty entertaining.

That and I think Hatton could hold de la hoya a lot more then he could mayweather. I'd still think de la hoya would win against Hatton, but he'd still get a lot of damn holds in. While mayweather would hopefully counter and dodge them all, or at least most of them.

just bring on mayweather, we'll see how much of a wrestler he is at that fight
This is what gets me with this site, lots of peeps on here praised malignaggi after his stunning points victory over n'dou, yet they all slagged ricky after he hammered castillio. What is wrong with u people

oscar and floyd are sell-outs, looks like they both purposely put on a bs performance so they can have a rematch against each other

Feed Goat you tripping man. PPL were prasing Malignaggi in the context b/c he put on an exciting fight. It has nothign to do with Holdman Hatton.
Hatton held castillo more than he hammered him. Watch the tape ppl in the crowd booed 3 or 4 times when Hatton went back to holding and ****.
Nothing is wrong with us. What is wrong with you? Boxing would be the last ranking sport if every fighter fought like bitchmade Hatton holding and **** the whole fight.
Seriously he grapples like he is in the UFC or WWE or something. Do you watch his fights?

Paulie's better than people thought which is why the reaction was positive. With Hatton the stakes are higher.

I'd pick Hattone over Malignaggi, but not Mayweather and definitely not DLH

                  Id rather see:

                  Mayweather/Mosley
De La Hoya/Winky at a catchweight (157 maybe)
                  Hatton/Malignaggi

Of course none of this will probably happen.

ODLH can only **** with mayweather IF he can actually make the fight happen. As you said, Hatton would have to go up to 147 and fight a MUCH bigger and stronger man than he faced in Collazo. And ODLH (who was 165 on May 5th) would have to strip down pretty hard to make 147.

My guess? Oscar is just talking ****. The same way he has during the ten Trinidad rematches he has talked about over the years.

Mayweather-Hatton will happen. And Ricky can't run from this beating.

More likely? Mosley is looking for a big fight. Mayweather is playing head games with Shane. GBP can say **** you to PBF and have SSM fight Hatton, leaving PBF out of the money.

Shane is a smaller man than Oscar (and possible less heavy-handed at this point), and perhaps a more competitive fight for Hatton.

ODLH would blow Ricky out of the water.

Oscar can make a HUGE money fight with Cotto, however.

Delahoya didn't want to go anywhere NEAR a Winky fight back when he and Wink were close in size. Now that Winky is a full -sized MW, do you think Oscar wants any of THAT?
