Why didnt the boxing committee reverse their decicion in the Tyson Douglas bout?

Tyson hugged douglas all night.

No he didnt.I saw that fight 3 times yesterday.

douglas was the better man at the fight. he showed that if he was properly motivated he could have been fighting near the top of that era.

boxing rules clearly state that it is the ref that counts the seconds and shouts them to the boxer.

in my mind douglas looked with it enough to do the jabing and holding nessecary to last the round even if he got up 5 seconds earlier. he wasn;t even completely out of it at the count of 1!
