      This topic has been 'done to death' always with the same reply: if the ref had counted quicker, Douglas would have beaten the count. End of story.

            he got up according to the ref's count, tyson wasn't there that fight anyway... he should've put him out in no more than 3 rounds

                You know, most refs make long counts if you think about it. Sometimes they stop counting as soon as the fighter's gloves are off the canvas, yet still wobbly.
