If Floyd asks for anything more than $12m for this fight then he's pricing himself out, regardless of the split. Let's see the contracts exchanged, not verbal volleyball.
He is worth more than $12 million, he made $20 million for his last fight, hatton made $2.5. million i believe.

Mayweather wont come out of retirment for rubbish money, otherwise i suspect he will fight mosley for more, lets see if hatton starts asking for 13 million again.

I dont think he will, i hope hatton takes the 70/30 split, beats mayweather like some of these people think will happen, then he can make silly money after that fight. lol.

$12m is rubbish money? It would be the 2nd biggest purse of his life. Floyd only made $20m (if true) off the back of DLH's ppv sales, his stock purse is $9m or less.

Hell, Floyd should do it for $4m as he won't even need to break sweat according to him.

Hatton made $3m for the Tszyu fight so I doubt he's fighting for less now.

I didnt say 12 mil was rubbish i said floyd wont come out of retirement for rubbish money.

4 mill is laughable, floyd should go and fight mosley, a better fighter, bigger name, more money, better for his legacy.

He doesnt need hatton, he has plenty of options.

Hatton hasnt even been on US PPV, he cant ask for silly money.

Did you even read the rest of the $4m sentence?

Hatton may not have been on HBO ppv but he did 205k Sky ppv buys for the Tszyu fight at 2am. He certainly won't have a problem doing his share of the sales.

Hatton doesn't need Floyd either, especially not with DLH making positive noises about a Wembley fight. 2.15m ppv buys? It would **** on it.

This is pretty straightforward. Now its on Hatton.

As i explained the other day to welter skelter, Sky Box office and HBO are two different auidiences, 205 k for a HBO PPV in america is a joke, hatton doesnt have the support to sell PPV's to americans, otherwise he wouldnt be free to air on HBO.

The american auidence i believe is the largest and most lucrative, which is why hatton signed to HBO in the 1st place imo,

Hatton needs mayweather which is why he talks about him 24/7, mayweather has more options, he can fight better fighters for more money, like Mosley.

Again, you seem to be getting over excited and aren't reading the whole sentences. 205k at 2am in the morning when you haven't even won a title yet should equate to 300k+ now. Double that if it's shown at prime UK viewing time.

PPV is PPV regardless of the broadcaster. It all goes into the pot. Hatton's done decent viewing figures on all of his HBO fights stateside so there's no reason to say he wouldn't sell PPV over there as well as here. Assessing the potential sales by solely the US audience is pointless and irrelevent anyway. The fight will be shown in both countries, you do realise?

Hatton wants PBF, he doesn't need him. Nobody does.

Mosley's always been a bit of a box office flop so I don't know where you're getting that from.

Hatton Sells PPV's in the Uk, because he has a fan base here.

He doesnt have a big fan base in the US, otherwise he would be Pay Per View there.

HBO PPV covers a larger auidience than Sky, america is a bigger country with more people and more money to be made.

Otherwise why would hatton sign with HBO?

If hatton is a big draw in the states, why do HBO make him free to air and lose money for themselves??

Because they probably dont think his fights would do major PPV numbers in the US.

And quit with the patronising talk.
