If Callazo can hit Hatton, I'm pretty sure Floyd will manage it.

If Hatton gets hit by Mayweather coming in, who cares, he's not going to deviate his attack and Hatton is very adept at getting to the inside with a jab and headmovement, he mixes it up sometimes leading with a left hook. Like I said great counter style.
Alot of people have that plan against mayweather, the problem is that when guys repeatedly get hit in the face accurately, they tend to STOP coming foward. I have never seen mayweather not rise to the occasion to whats happening to him, if a guy cuts off the ring well with the intention of ruffing him up, he will return the favor garunteed, "Mixing it up" isnt enough, Hatton is also going to have chase a moving target, which is NEVER easy.

Yes, but the difference between Hatton fans like myself and Mayweather fans like you is that I readily admit that Hatton is not infallible while recognising the skill of Mayweather. You, on the other hand, seem to think that Mayweather is indestructible while giving Hatton little or no credit.

im sorry, i cant take you seriously if you think mayweather is exciting or entertaining.

Who's is 'alot of guys.' De La Hoya has never been that kind of fighter and didn't seem to care if won or lost, and like I said above 135 his competition has been less than stellar. He's never fought a fighter akin to Hatton in his entire career outside of maybe Castillo who is in some ways comparable, but deficient in alot of key areas in potential fight against Mayweather.

And Hatton would be able to cut the ring off on Mayweather enough to be effective. ****, alot of times Mayweather puts himself on the ropes and fights going backward. I'm telling you Hatton would stay right on top of him nullifying many of Mayweather advantages, and accentuating his own in the process.

Castillo looked decent until Hatton threw a bunch into the rib, hes probably got a broke rib
I saw the fight, and would have to disagree with you about Castillo looking decent. That was the worst I've seen him. How much of that had to do with Hatton though, I don't know. The funny thing is that after a fight like Castillo-Corrales I, it's hard not to give Castillo the benefit of the doubt and to say that he looked so bad because he's shot. Maybe, that is only half true.

Jesus Chavez tried it and failed. Castillo tried it and came up short the first time and undeniably short the second time. Baldomir also planned on doing the same. What im saying is, Hatton isnt anything that Mayweather hasnt seen before. Mayweather has demonstrated he cant fight going foward/backward/laterally etc.

Hattons "advantages" you speak of dont outdo mayweather by any means. For one the fight would be at 147, for two, Hatton would be getting stuck all day and its been proven already Mayweather is not only difficult to hit but like i said, if hes getting hit, he ALWAYS rises to the occasion, Mayweather doesnt just pack it in when somebody is bringing the fight to him, not to mention hes one of the most accurate punchers in the game, its already been shown that when you make mistakes against floyd mayweather you pay the price, over and over again.

these arguments are starting to remind me of the colts/patriots arguments, high flying exctiement vs absolute dominance.
