No, I don't think it makes you inhumane. It's a fair point. I also think a lot of people would agree with you. I am just one of those people that would rather be alive no matter what. So when I see a boxer dies it effects me more than a life-long injury (which is also a tragedy) because not only does it make me feel horrible for that boxer and his family, it makes me think of my own mortality.
Saddest moments in boxing

The saddest moment in boxing is when the three major networks Abc,Nbc, and Cbs decided that boxing was no longer a sport that should receive coverage. I have hundreds of fights in my collection that were from free TV and they are the type of fights that today you have to pay on cable or on PPV to see. The networks would rather show gymnastics, rodeo, golf,Nascar, horse racing, volleyball than boxing. A BIG middle finger goes to the executives that made the decison to kill boxing.Comment

Richard Steele was a ***** for that **** he cost that man that fight and his moment of glory for all the hard work he had put in his whole career. You acting like he was out of it like Trevo Burbick in the Tyson fight or Zab Judah in the Kosta Tyzu fight. If I was boxer Richard Steele would never ref my fights.Comment

Chaves.Taylor was a tough one...especially on that HBO show when they show Taylor now all a mess.
The fights that really bothered me were:
Tyson.Douglas
RJj.Tarver 2
RJj.Johnson
The saddest thing on boxing i ever saw was that HBO special on Ray Robinson...Bright Lights, Dark Shadows. Nothing can be sadder.Last edited by McNulty; 06-22-2007, 12:40 AM.Comment
