Like supporting which ever team is winning.
Couldn't agree more. He's the Manchester Utd of US boxing. You won't see bitches like Fuego for dust when he loses.

Manchester utd are arent all that, he more like the Ac Milan or Real Madrid of boxing.

And all fighters lose at some point, i like pbf cos i think he is the most skilled fighter i have seen, and i find him hilliarious in interviews also, but thats my opinion,

anyways, all these threads are useless, he is the best fighter in the world hands down, even the fighters themselves will tell you that in their own interviews, oscar de la hoya said it in his own HBO 24/7 Q and A when he was asked who the best was. lol.

I wasn't talking quality, I was talking fan base. Millions of little kids back them because they think it gives them a stronger stand point when they're arguing about who's best. It was the same with Liverpool in the 80s.

Why don't you? you're his little lapdog. His career sucks, he has skills. But he's just a loudmouthed, immature, little *****.ODLH is way out of his prime and you couldn't see that. Baldomir is 36. The man is a ***** and should really stop wasting promotion $$$ and retire his performances suck.

TS is a Brit anglophobe, which is all he meant.

I don't consider Floyd fans real people. I suppose it's ok for them to have driver's licenses, but they shouldn't be allowed to vote.

But Floyd edges both Pacquaio and Calzaghe right now, who are the only comparably talented boxers

Baldomir? Old and in a retirement home. Should have been retired about 6 years ago.

              Judah. Destroyed by Cotto.

De La Hoya. Old rich bastard got richer by fighting the running man. He knew this fight was no risk to him. Should stay retired.
ODLH and PBF could fight for 60 rounds and both would come out with no more than a black eye.
              ****ing thieves.

              Sharmba Mitchell OLD.

Henry Bruseles? Who knows this motha ****a?

              DeMarcus Corley, destroyed by Cotto.

Phillip N'dou? Philip and Who? Who the **** is this cat? Is this the guy that is fighting Maligf@ggi?

              Victoriano Sosa, destroyed by Cotto.

Jose Luis Castillo II got owned by Floyd yes.

Jose Luis Castillo 1 Beat Mayweather but they gave the fight to the little monkey.

              This legacy is a joke.

Where are the Haglers? The Hearns? The Durans? on Floyds record?

              Did Floyd unify anything?
What division did he clean up?

              Pound for Pound?

              **** me.
you do have some good points. floyd doesnt really have any "hagler, hearns, or duran" sort of marquee names. the best names he has are corrales, castillo, judah, and de la hoya. and the circumstances are shady on the 1st castillo, judah, and de la hoya fights.

and do agree that its very disappointing and should be noted that floyd never cleaned up a divsion and never unified any titles.

i think floyd is an excellent representation of whats wrong with today's fighters: whiny, american, arrogant, money-grubbing, protected, excuse-makers who fight for the sole purpose of making money and not making history.

you can really "break" down anyone's list in a negative way....

                Pacman:

                Old metal plate head Barrera

                Lost to Morales

                Beat an old Morales twice

Draw with Marquez when many think he actually lost

Decision vs an old Larios who moved up two weight classes and is just a volume puncher

                Who is 3k battery?

                Who is Hector Velasquez?

                Who is Solis?

                -------------------

                Winky

                Lost to Vargas

                Beat up a little Mosley

Jabs an out of shape and seemingly smaller Tito off of retirement and inactivity

Draw with a technically flawed Taylor

                Struggle with a welterweight Quartey

Since when was Sam Soliman great?
                -------------------------

You can bash or glorify any record

In terms of finely honed technique, I think Floyd's out in front by some way. In terms of a natural feel for the game I think JC edges him. Floyd kind of looks over-deliberate in everything he does whereas Calzaghe just flows.

Which is why Floyd wanted guys like DLH and Mosley as they are marquee names...the next closest to a marquee name for Floyd right now may be Mosley...

Cotto, Margarito and Hatton are probably his best bets for competition...but they are no Hagler, Hearns and Duran "NAMES" at the moment...

but I think he should fight them for his legacy...

there was no controversy surrounding his "victory" vs Judah...he clearly beat DLH in a very close fight in my opinion...and he avenged his near loss to Castillo

And how do you know this? there is a thread about when people started supporting mayweather, most of the people on here supported him from scratch, i think someone was hot on him even in the amatuers.

But yeah i get your point.
