i thought most of Mayweathers shots landed on DLH's gloves

I had DLH ahead going into the last 3 rounds when he started to tire.

I gave the fight to MW by 2 rounds....but only due to inactvity from DLH, especially in 12.

Prime DLH would have beaten MW in my opinion. Just like Castillo did.
Cutting off the ring more effectively, side stepping to trap him rather than following him whilst he does his laps of the ring.

I had 8-4, but the first two thirds of the fight was very even. mayweather did land plenty on the gloves but by the same token Mayweather shoulder rolled effectively for many of DLH attacks that drew screams from the crowd.

No way in hell Delahoya won that fight, I don't see how any objective person could have him winning

Oscar won four maybe five rounds. If I could have given him seven rounds I would have been glad to. But that's not reasonable I don't think.

Was it a 'convincing' win? Not really. It was not a great win for Mayweather, it was a good win.

            I agree with this post.

Prime DLH > Prime Mayweather, and I don't see it as all that close. But Mayweather won all the late rounds on May 5

And this guy calls $in obessesive.

DLH lost ,let's all move on, he doesn't want a rematch.

Prime DLH couldnt handle shane mosley, what makes you think he would handle floyd mayweather, the fight would be at 140-147 seeing as we are talking primes, and you think De La Hoya can outbox floyd at 140-147?

I think JD**** and Elite soldier are a bit obsessive over $sin aswell, but this thread is actually interesting and informative, and people were genuinely discussing the fight. Another Poll titled "Cazaghe's best opponent" doesn't add to the debate.

If you want to appear objective and intelligent - you'd realise that you can't have a go at these guys whilst defending $in. Anything else doesn't make much sense buddy.
