Just to help Boxers with your arguement, please don't use Butterbean. It's cool if you use Jeremy Williams, Jens Pulver, Gerome LeBanner or Scott Smith

Using The Bean isn't a good example because most of his wins came from tomato cans.

Unless you can't read I was talkign about Silva vs Hunt. If you want exact weight, silva weighted 203. Still a big difference isnt it?

Ive seen the ****ing fight along with all of his other fights, its not like I dont know my ****. This newbie in Mark Hunt almost submitted Fedor with a keylock in his last damn fight.
Mark Hunt does throw knees. Saying Fedor got almost submitted shows your limited knowledge about MMA. Altho it looks like he was close to submit Fedor, he was a mile a way to do it. Not even close! Newbs to submission and MMA seen a few kimura and think it was closed to be done. ''You are wrong''. I suggest you watch and learn more...

It simply leaves you open as hell to takedowns AND punches, because kicks take longer to fire off and get back in position than a punch (for the most part)
Everyone gets bring to the ground in an MMA match. Whats your point? Crocop left high kick is effective because its hard to block and taking him down at the same time. Did you know Crocop isn't a rookie in BJJ? Kick and punch each have their own advatange and disadvantages. If you know both, you are better geared.

Quinton had faced alot of strikers and his oponnent knew he has good takedown defense. Unlike PFB who is ****** to Takedown and submission, fighters will quickly put him on the ground.

I suggest you to re-read what I wrote. You seriously have some reading comprehension problems. Bring O'neil Bell and Cintron in MMA, but please Cintron challenging Liddell is non-sense. He will have to start down from the ladder. Where he will quickly realize he's in the wrong sport.

Cintron fights at 147, Liddell fights at 205lbs great matchup!
Nice try trying to pretend that Silva weighs 190lbs, just to try and make yourself look like you know more. He gained weight overnight too, and a heavyweight is a heavyweight, Im not going to say that Butterbean has a huge weight 'advantage' over other fighters just because hes fat as hell. same with Hunt. and you avoided that other part...is that weight advantage really an advantage when Hunt was on his back? that black belt had Hunt in full mount for long periods of time and still didnt submit him.

Mark Hunt was not even close...well lets see, the crowd ooohhed and ahhhed, Hunt had Fedors arm in the correct position, Hunt had Fedor in half-guard, his shoulder was visibly being strained, and the commentary was saying about how this might be it...oh yea, he wasnt in any trouble at all, hahaha.

Kicking leaves you way more open than punching, it takes more time and uses more momentum, so the person is more off balance. Kicking is definately useful, but its not as simple as 'more is better', there are huge disadvantages to
          it.

The point with Rampage went completely over your head apparently. The point was with him, was that you DONT need a solid wrestling backround to have takedown defence. He just mostly uses athletic ability...but you still dont think O'Neil Bell could learn takedown defence, even with all his wrestling experience?? oook...

any master of a single martial art can be world class in mma, if they can keep it in their area of expertise...the boxers would not beat everyone, theyd run into a bad style matchup probebly as they moved up in class...but they could beat the top guys for sure, if they were matched against the right fighters. All top mma fighters lose too(other than Fedor), so its not exactly a big deal, is it?

Silva fight in different weight but fact is he fought a fighter about 90lbs higher than him. Weight advantage has to be taken in consideration, if you think not why would you think they make weight class in boxing?

Like I said, kicking and punching each have their own advantage. It depends on situation and oponnent, why are you still arguing about this?

Rampage went over my head? I do not think so. Altho Rampage is not considered top notch wrestler his wrestling level is high enough to be used during a fight. I haven't said anything about O'neil, did I? Bring him in MMA.

If you think mastering 1 martial arts can make you a world class in MMA. I beg you to differ of this ignorant thought. In early MMA days, you could be top dog with 1 martial art. These days you have to be well rounded. Post this in MMA forum and you might be considered to be either an ignorant or a troll.

Let me revise your statement to a more accurate set of events.

step, step, tackled, thinks *WTF*, thinks *that's a lot of pressure on my elbow*, POP, BREAK, ref stops fight, arm has a new way to bend.

                  That's pretty accurate.

or the grappler tries to sprawl, and then the boxer moves back and then pops the grappler while he's on his knees with a quick jab, straight right combo.

Why would the grappler sprawl and get on his knees for no reason? He's not giving a blow job, you ******.

For God's sake, if you're going to make a whitty comeback, at least know the difference between sprawl and takedown. God, you're ******ed. I mean, is your brain actually connected to your body when you type?

And I seriously don't get what the whole "" is about. I guess, when you're a dumbass everything is funny.
