At least two guys went out on the mat to put it all out on the line to see who the better man was. Jackson was the better man that night. He was crisp, fresh and clean. He got the job done by a right hook followed by stabbing blows from the side guard. He used boxing and Sambo to procure the win and the belt.
Now, you'll probably ignore this or even call me a propogandist. All I'm trying to say is that for someone with a hand striking perspective, the fight looked weak. But from someone who understands a little bit about the respective Martial Arts used in that fight, it was an airtight gameplan.
So it wasn't as disappointing as you may think or hype it to be.
