Wild punching Zertuche put up a better fight against Pavlik.

nice excuse. he wilted to the pressure of pavlik. I knew he was overrated. he's a good puncher but has little defense and a suspect chin. it was only a matter of time before someone knocked his block off

It was a good fight and Pavlik showed a better chin than I thought he'd have. Props for the win. I still think Taylor's jab is good enough to keep him off of him, but it will be a good fight if Jermain fights him next.

Correct. Didn't Wlads' fans make excuses when he lost, and in return, the opposition fans scuff that off as not a good enough excuse??

So Miranda deserves no credit for beating Allan Green? That's how Green looked in their fight...

Yep, and I recall the commentaters saying that Pavlik also looked tired, just not as much as edison.

The first two rounds were intense. After that, Pavlik had his way.
Pretty much my thoughts exactly. I did find it odd that Miranda was so tired by the end of round 2, but when you consider the action throughout those first two rounds its pretty obvious that he wasn't ready for the assault that Pavlik brought to him.

To me that meant that he hadn't trained as hard as he should've & was probably taking the fight too lightly.
DAMN YOU'RE THE SAME GUY WHO PICKE JEFF LACY TO WIN. I really need to start watching your posts and go the opposite of who ever you pick.. lol, then I'd be right like 100 percent of the time

Props to those of you who thought Miranda would win, but are able to admit that he simply got pounded by a better fighter...period. Excuses are for losers and apologists...
