I really enjoy watching heavyweight boxing but what I don't like is watching these huge Russian town freaks. I want to see an American champ who will stay a champ and might unify the division. Who will it be?

you had better get used to these "russian town freaks" because they will rule the division for atleast a decade. -
odliander solis aside, i can't see any heavyweight threat outside of the current group of eastern european prospects. It says something about the state of american heavyweight boxing when their best hopes are pinned on eddie chambers and calvin brock.Comment

I feel Chris Arreola has a chance. If anything he might be a HW people would like to see a lot with the style he has. Coming forward all the time and throwing lots of punches makes him exciting. I would like to see him become a mainstay in the HW division in the future.Comment

I only ever seen him in the one fight against Damian Wills, but what I did see impressed me quite alot. The way the British commentators were describing the fight was like two unbeaten fighters, with Wills the favourite. Looked good for a heavy, atleast by todays standards.Comment

Well then you are a Xenophope who cant accept reality..
Must suck to be you...Comment

Yeah the fight against Wills was an impressive performance. Wills seemed like he was the favorite, but Chris stole the show. I've seen him fight on ESPN Friday Night Fights and last week on ShoBox against Malcolm Tann. He looked good against Tann as well, even though he left himself open a few times and Tann tagged him.Comment
