Isn't it funny how Dana White challenged Tito to a boxing and not MMA match, yet he expects Floyd to fight MMA? I'm surprised Floyd didn't bring that up.

Uh..once again, PBF is the one that said he could step in the cage and beat the MMA fighter, not the other way around, so based on that, yes he did want Floyd to back up his words. It's not like Dana went on record and said that he could step in the cage and beat Tito, so what you're saying doesn't apply.

Actually he said that Chuck Liddell would get beat by a boxer, he never said he'd step in with a UFC guy.

What do you do when you've reached your peak of boxing and realized you're not very good? You learn how to wrestle a little and join the UFC. Cintron already knows how to wrestle and if he fought MMA he'd mangle anyone near his weight. Hopefully it doesn't happen just because it would bring that so-called sport more undeserved attention.

LOL, are you serious? Learn how to "wrestle a little"? That's a joke. 10th place in high school justifes a good wrestling backround? There are national champions from D1, and Olympic medalists in MMA, FYI. Do you have any idea how hard it is to get a black belt in BJJ? If Cintron fights any top LW, he's gonna get mauled. Plain and simple.

all around, boxers are far better athletes than MMA, our fights are longer, we're more disciplined, and an MMA guy wouldn't get close enough to get us on the groud.

And BTW Kermit was an amazing wrestler in high school, he's going to do just fine, like I said I might be going out to eat with Kermits brother soon, I'll see what I can find out.

its true, when people realize that they are not gonna make it in boxing start doing MMA, learning to wrestle is easier than learning to box.
i would like to see cintron do it, with those gloves he could knock out anybody there, and if he has some wrestling bacground he could use it to stay on his feet.
