The guy has a decent wrestling pedigree to work with should he get taken to the ground - and he'd be a much better striker than most others. I think he could fare decently.

Well if this does actually happen atleast Kermit doesn't have to fight Matt hughes or St. Pierre.

Just say no my friend! This whole thread is about a boxer accepting a challenge that DANA WHITE PROPOSED! Tell me again about UFC never mentioning boxing. This whole beef has started because of UFC pretty much telling anyone who will listen that they are taking over and boxing is dead.

I don't know if a UFC fighter has said it but Dana sure has. He has said a lot of **** because he never stops talking. He needs to forget about boxing and worry about his fight with Tito. You know the one he said would happen and now I heard he's pussing out of. I hate a mf that talks big but never gets his hands dirty.

It was Dana who offered up Sherk-Mayweather matchup. This was IN RESPONSE to Floyd's disrespectful comments about UFC fighters. Floyd has actually admitted his own error in making the comments.

As for the Tito-Dana fight, it was Tito who did not show up. Dana showed up for the weigh in, Tito did not and said he would not fight Dana. Oh, and this fight was going to be under boxing rules, not mma. I THINK Dana has boxed as an amateur. I know he has trained in boxing for sure.
