I was able to get a picture from magicjordan's post of the right hand, but not of the left(his best punch) that followed.

      Oscar, Floyd Controversy!

      Sunday, May 6 2007

The official Nevada master scorecard lists Oscar De La Hoya as fighting out of the blue corner, and Floyd Mayweather fighting out of the red corner. In reality, it was De La Hoya fighting out of the red corner and Mayweather out of the blue corner. Golden Boy CEO Richard Schaefer is currently investigating whether the scores were recorded accurately.

Yeah I do think Oscar gave the fight away late. He just wasn't active enough, ecspecially in 9-12...

I just don't really understand Oscar's inactivity between his flurries. Oscar needed to be throwing punches as he tried to walk Mayweather down. Especially the jab.

It wasn't the fact that Oscar's jab WAS dominating the fight so he needed to throw it more... He just needed those punches and possible hits in order to win rounds. Standing there waiting for a good time to flurry doesn't win you the fight.

Lets hope MAYWEATHER fights guys his own size after this...

He was very entertaining against guys like Judah, and Gatti, and Castillo.

He was entertaining cause he didnt have to work as hard to get off his punches. He could get in close enough to throw combinations and he was a very fun guy to watch.

If he decides to fight on, i hope he doesnt take on some 154 pound guy, or another guy with a big size advantage like DLH did.

Cotto is an inch smaller then Mayweather, just as strong, and he has an extremely fan friendly style.

Or Mosley's only an inch taller and just as buffed up, and thats another very fan friendly fight.
