Really? Didn't know cruiserweights weighed in at over 200 pounds.

Not particularly talking about Ali, but the bigger Cruisers will often come to the ring at 210+ lbs. Heavyweights, of course, have no need to bother with making weight and re-hydrating.

A younger Ali could easily have fought as a Cruiserweight had the division existed.

Taking a balance of handspeed and mobility, I think Ali has a good claim to being the fastest HW in history.

In the rumble in the jungle film, some siencetists xplained that the clocked Ali`s jab, and it was 30% faster then sugar ray robinson´s.

Haye and tysson, and even frazier had faster hooks IMO, but straight punches and reflexes Ali is GOAT

Ali was speed given human form. A man his size should not be able to move like that.

i used to wonder why everyone thought patterson was faster than ali i watched footage of him and thought ali was faster but then i watched some more and i have to agree patterson is faster but only because he has a shorter distance to travel as he had a shorter reach. same with tyson he looks faster than ali but only because he has t-rex arms if ali had tysons reach he would be faster.
