It's is admirable that the Mexicans were the staunchest critics of PAC when he started, and now they are also one of his greatest admirers.

Morales is washed up. And he struggled with a guy he should have handled more easily.

IF he were to fight Marquez again, and really beat him, nobody would or COULD say anything bad about Pacquioa.

Or if Pacquiao beats Barrera or Soto... Nothing can be said but good things.

IMO though, Marquez beats Pacquiao pretty badly if they fight again.

In the meantime an entire country (85 Million people) + another small batch of delusional fans try as hard as they can to believe their national hero is the best fighter in the world.

This in spite of Draws, KO losses (dehydration... blah blah... whatever), recent losses (to Morales, a fighter who could beat only 1 man in the past three years: pacman).

On the other hand you have a fighter who is undefeated, who touched the canvas only with his gloves, who has beaten the man in three divisions (cleaned up one), and who rarely loses rounds.

Barrera, Morales, Marquez are great names on a fighters' record... if you beat them in their primes. This can be said only about Barrera.
