That he deserves credit for. He makes decent cards I will give him that. Not bad for an anti semite and closet racist. His screwing over of Robert Middleman always left me with a strong dislike for Oscar and when he stabbed Alcazar in the back that was the last straw. Do you really think if he was a great guy he could have developed a steady relationship with a least one trainer by now.

Whitaker wasn't dominant at welterweight like he was at lightweight. No welterweight he dominated was anywhere near Trinidad level. The closest thing to domination by Whitaker over a real top level welterweight was the rematch with Buddy, in which Pea still got dropped.
We will have to agre to diagree my friend. Had this fight of happened the key to the fight would be Tito's power and if Sweat Pea could avoid it.

If Pete built his game plan around avoiding Tito's left hand I believe he would have done so. Keep in mind Pernell was the worlds #1 p4p fighter at 147 when this fight could have taken place.

Tito used to lose rounds to club fighters before getting even with his left hook, I would bet he never landed his home run, do you think he would have?

I didn't even give an argument, although I have before when we discussed it in pm. All I said here was 'this is bull****' in a few more words than that.

Do you not think that it would look similar to Whitaker-JC Vasquez. He was just as slow of foot as Tito and not as polished, but I envision the same thing happening.

You dumbass Buddy Oscar is an ego maniac, in front of the cameras you take blame for the loss but behind closed doors you start handing out pink slips.

If you wanna start bashing Champions bcause they switch trainers alot then I hope you have some time on your hands because ther is alot of bashing to go around....agreed.

The Whitaker you see in that fight....he would have been even sharper for Tito so yes I envision a wide margin victory for Pete.
