Right he's straight up and down and Oscar would beat his ass. All he has is power, which people act like he hits like Tommy Hearns. Floyd has better handspeed, footwork, smarts and natural skills. He's beaten nobody that good, and Paul Williams will beat his ass. Then again why am I explaining it to you since you clearly dislike Floyd.

Why don't you learn how to spell? Judah is way more of a challenge than Margarito. Judah has better handspeed, and is strong like Margarito. Floyd took 8 out of 12 rounds from him. Floyd would embarass Margarito.

Who should Floyd have fought to be a challenge?

Naw... Judah... if he dont knock you out in 4 rounds doesn't know what to do anymore..Good win for Floyd.. But Tzsyu Spinks and Baldomir had already done that..
Judah is not Floyds crowning moment.. and if he is.. than You just shoot yourself in the foot..
Again time and time again.. the argument is NOT if Floyd is skilled or even if he is the best Boxer in the world..Its who he chooses to showcase his skills over.. it reeks of cowardice.. what i mean is.. if you're driving a Formula 1 car.. its kinda pointless to prove how fast you can go agianst a stock car...
You cant really prove yourself till you race other F1's ...
DLH is prolly Floyds best case of proving he has some balls... But even then .. This is a DLH a little past his prime..

Who would you have liked Floyd to fight back in November? I agree Floyd's competition is not the best, but saying he is overrated is bull****. The only man at 147 and below who could beat Floyd in my opinion is Mosley.

Judah may not be Floyd's crowning moment but I believe he could beat Margarito with the right gameplan.

You are hyping a fighter who struggled with Josh Clottey, went to war with Daniel Santos, lost a one-sided fight to Rodney Jones (a guy Spinks just beat 120-108 a few months ago), and has never beaten a top 5 welterweight in his career. Margarito has been in the game over 10 years and he has a resume that's only slightly better than most prospects. Let's see if he gets by Williams and the Cotto-Judah winner to see if the hype is justified...
tell me one fighter who hasnt struggled against Clottey.

            dont worry... i'll wait......

assuming tony gets past williams and judah gets past cotto(which i dont see happening) they might fight. judah is way to fast for tony but imo he would get gassed by the 8th round and tony only gets stronger in the later rounds.

So obviously Rodney Jones was a dominant welterweight back in the day and he was ****ing everyone up including Margarito.
Putting words into someone's else mouth is a hollow way to escape a real debate.

You are putting up strawmen to attack in order to make yourself look good and everyone else look irrational.

Floyd made just as much, if not more in the Baldomir fight, than he would of with a fight with Margarito.

I really don't see how anyone can say Floyd ducked Margarito.

Can you honestly say to me with a straight face, that had Floyd fought Margarito instead and won with the same ease he did with Baldomir, that a plethora of people on this site would not be calling Floyd a paper champion who just beat an oversized, overrated punching bag in Margarito?

People were already claiming that Floyd was ducking Baldomir after he beat Judah, because Floyd decided to fight Judah first.
See reading this shows a lot of people still think the ducking started recently......

Floyd was ducking margarito since he stepped up to 147 that includes fighting sharmba instead of margarito for more than 2 times as much money as he did for sharmba.

The fact that it is so hotly disputed back and forth that he did duck margarito, shows that this fight shoulda been made, its one of those fights people arent gonna stfu about until it happens.

Maybe he would have beat margarito easily, maybe he wouldnt have........ we dont know and we are discussing it now because floyd ducked margarito.

Spot on. Vitali never ducked Rahman. He faced the best around (at the time) in Lennox Lewis and made his intentions clear about the rematch (and still does!). So why would Rahman be a problem for him?
Sometimes you just have to believe what a fighter says. If he retired due to injury then it must have been a problem, he's overcome that problem and Rahman is still around.
