Blacks runs faster than other races.
Asians are generally smarter than other races.
Mexicans are tougher than other races.

Those are all racist comments. Now, they may be positive- but singling out any race as a group and making a comment that they differ from others based on their genetic make-up is exactly what is at the key of racism. There may be a bad connotation to racism because of what happened with the black ****** in America, etc. but at it's heart all racism needs to be is seeing a difference based on race.

As far as the Mexican brawler comment, I think that has more to do with culture than genetics. Mexicans have boxing legends like Chavez, etc. that they admire and often try and emulate. The Mexican brawling tradition is one started by old Mexican boxers and continued today because the Mexican boxing public loves and appreciates that style. If a young boxer wants respect in Mexican boxing often he chooses to become a rough brawler, which shapes the way he learns to fight, in order to please the crowd and be like other legendary Mexican boxers.

      That is incorrect.
You are confusing racism with prejudice.
Prejudice is defined as "any preconceived opinion or feeling, either favorable or unfavorable."

Boxers used to do nothing but Brawl, but then a "Genius" came along and said, "hey, why take a punch if I don't have to", and came up with "Hit, and don't be hit"

This isn't a modern science since there are written recordings of ancient Greek fighters that new the "Sweet Science"

Reinvention, breaking away from the pack, bringings something new, whatever you want to say...

This goes for War as well, it isn't new, but it is smart

Racism is not fact based generalization on the other hand is.
He generalized all mexican fighters based on the fact that more then less fight in a specific form.
It is wrong to do but it is not racist.

I'm a social psychologist...the definitions are similar but you are the one I believe is slightly confused. Prejudice is having a preconceived notion about a group of people. Racism is also tied with prejudice regarding specific races- stereotyping is firmly a product of racism. A stereotype is often a by product of racism and everything I mentioned is often associated with that.

Like most things it's not as black and white as you make it seem. It's not like "Column A is Prejudice" and "Column B is Racism". They bleed over.

Stewards comment was based on his preconcieved notion of mexican fighters.

Yes, and that is tied to racism. You can't easily seperate the two- not the way you are.
