That just isnt true, I dont think so anyway having sampled the boards in different places.

- A few think Marquez won easy
-a few think Barrera got robbed
-Most think it was a one or two round fight
-About 60-70% reckon it was close but Marquez worked that bit harder and deserved it (im in this category, with the KD and deduction neutralising each other, just like the judges 10-9 marquez))
-30-40% reckon Barrera won it by a point or two

That aint really clear cut! There can definitely be a case made for a draw or a one point Barrera win, the fight wasnt that clear cut! I agree that Marquez was throwing more, but the stats were very close, Barrera rammed the jab home well! On second viewing of the fight, I actually thought Barrera was blocking quite a lot as well!

For me Marquez connected the better power punches and that did it for him! He turned it on down the stretch! But it was close!

I also think that in the major exchanges (of which there were many) Marquez landed more and managed to avoid many of Barrera's counters.

I am not debating the outcome and the result of the fight, but rather Nady's performance as a ref.

I personally think that Nady did a horrible job, again!

It doesn't matter whether he sees it as a knock down or a slip. You see a fighter DOWN, you BREAK the fight immediately. Then you can call it a slip, or a KD.

Barrera hesitated and hesitated and not hearing the Ref's calls, keep in mind, when you're fighting and all that adrenalin rushing through your veins and the killer instinct and the split seconds that you have to think about things... Yes, Barrera continued to fight.

Was it a bad call on Barrera’s side? It was bad sportsmanship, yes! But he is a trained "Assassin" and the mistake lays solely on a bad referee.

Nady has made too many mistakes and I feel he should be decommissioned from the sport or at least stop refereeing the main events

All I know is when I rewatched the fight I paused it when HBO showed the slow mo, and you can see Nady in the corner of the screen looking straight at Barerra. He made a horrible call on the kd, but Barerra shouldnt have thrown the punch.

As far as Nady goes i truely hate him firstly he stops fights way to early, interfears far to much and then there was the Floyd dressing room incident.
