Ok first off. He was in perfect position to see that knockdown. Why the hell did he rule it a slip. 2nd off. Once Barrera dropped Marquez, why the hell didn't he immediately jump in to get Barrera to the neutral corner? Instead he waits there to let Barrera; who is suppose to keep fighting until someone tells him otherwise, hit Marquez. Then he decides to call it a no knockdown and deduct a point. Was such bull****. I'm tellin you, a lot of shady **** last night, and I think GBP has something to do with about 95% of it.


Oh yeah, i'd like to add, Hahah, Marquez keeps getting owned after going down. First Manny, and now Barrera, LoL.

The rounds weren't clear cut enough to call it a robbery. A case could be made in many rounds for them to go either way. So while the scoring seemed excessively in Marquez's favour, I had at least seven rounds that could have gone either way. I had it 114 - 113 Marquez, while counting the knockdown.

I did however note at several points in the fight that while Marquez looked more bashed up, Barrera was the fighter who looked like he wanted to just go home.

And Nady made a mess of it. I think he's more incompetent than sinister.

I have to say though there's no way that Barrera should have been disqualified. Marquez was clearly able to continue. If he was unable to continue then a DQ would be fair.
