i couldnt agree more. They were really all over Barrera tonight.

I had Marquez winning by a fair amount of points. i gave 116 points to marquez. He was the clear winner in my opinion.

very true...they made me sick and i was trying to work out how to cut out the the commentary and just have the stadium ...but couldnt do it..........i despise those ****sexuals.

I watched it in a crowded public setting in which it was hard to hear what they were saying. That said, I agree that Jim Lampley- more than any of the others- tends to pick a fighter and ride his **** all night. Tonight, though, I think it was a close fight and if you deny that you may be a cheerleader, too. Marquez may have won by a round or two, after having missed losing a point for getting KD and Barrera getting a point deducted- but it was close. The scored were off. Rematch needed to settle it. It was closer than the scores in my eyes.

yeah, i was thinking that to me it look like Marquez was coming on strong and taking over, I didnt score it and at the end I think it could have went either way without scoring it. Either way 118-110 if ****in ridiculous. Erik Morales and Rafael Marquez must have been two of the judges.

I didnt think that at all. I was very surprised at his ability to brawl.

You definetly see the effect down the stretch.

But Barrera is far from done.

Marquez was landing cleaner and more consistently the whole fight. He threw the more compact, effective hooks. But if he got hit by even a JAB, Lampley would go into hysterics.

lampley should work at wrestling matches not boxing, then he can make up whatever he wants
