Tyson had been in jail for heavens sake. No sparring, no nothing so how can he be expected to beat Holyfield. Tyson did well i have to say though.
No one gave Holyfield a chance in the first fight and no one can really say for sure whether Holyfield was intimidated, or not (Other than himself, of course), but at that time i think he surely must have feared Tyson a little, and there is nothing wrong with that if he did! Holyfield overcame that because he was an exceptional fighter, with confidence in his ability.
Regarding your expectations about Bruno beating Tyson in the return!!! Honestly? You really expected Bruno to win? Remind me never to ask you for any tips! Now there was a man who was definitely intimidated!

I agree that Holyfield was very confident of his own abilities. Holyfield probably did fear all his opponents, but his fear didnt paralze what he could do and he didnt freeze like a rabbit in the headlights against Tyson. He realized noone had landed on Tyson since he came out of jail and he wanted to test Tyson to see what would happen.

And if im honest i thought Bruno had a great chance to be the person to seriously test Tyson since he came of jail. And do ask me for tips i usually am quite good when i go into a betting shop. But Bruno was intimidated and so dissapointing.

Only joking about the tips mate, but i really believe that back then Mike Tyson would have beaten Bruno ten times out of ten. Bruno was made for Tyson.
I agree with your thoughts on Holyfield.

According to tyson himself he knocked holyfield and lewis right out of the ring when they sparred . kevin rooney backs this up but he did say holyfield and lewis were game and fought back but that tysons speed and power overmatched them.

Tyson would beat Bruno 100% all the time, but i really didnt know what Tyson truly had since coming out of jail. Because noone had tested him i hoped bruno would because i wanted to see a good fight. But Bruno was in survival mode.

They might have knocked Tyson about as well though. But Tyson probably had harder sparring matches than his pro fights

...Yep, and it wouldn't have mattered when or where they fought.
