I'm 100% sure they're related. It's not a rumor. They're cousins. The rumor is that they AREN'T cousins.

guinn is terrible, he is done, has been, he beat a bum in his last fight, he will be that bum this time around

he stands no chance against sultan, good choice by sultans people securing a victory for their man and avoiding a difficult matchup with brock..

They are just good friends. Probably just calls him a cousin since they are close. But there is no blood relationship at all.
