Sultan Ibragimov-Calvin Brock Inches Closer

You're right, but in terms of confidence, Sultan probably has more from his draw with Austin than does Brock in his loss against Klitschko and that could make the difference in this fight. Or not. That's what makes this fight so interesting. I just hope that both fighters are not overly cautious and respect each other too much.Comment

I think someone said Timur and Sultan are brothers- they're not. They're cousins. A relation that is distant enough to explain why they are night and day to each other in the ring. I don't like Brock. I think he has 0 charisma and can stink up a fight as readily as make it exciting. Sure, I like seeing people drop like Zuri did...but...Brock is not someone I am compelled to watch. I thought I was seeing the last of him after the Klitschko fight. Now he's fighting Sultan? I'll be rooting for Ibragimov all the way.Comment

Perhaps. Timur certainly isn't. I saw Sultan fight a few times and he was very exciting. He's friends with Tyson, did you know that? Not saying he's the second coming or anything...but...I'd rather see him than Brock any day.Comment

good post. I agree,,,brock can be in the most boring fights and also in the most exciting fights. with sultans style it should be a good fight to watch. tough one to call as well. hopefully brock wont have any negative effects from that knockout loss. many fighters dont recover from losses like that,,,,we'll see just how tough brock is mentallyBrock is in some exciting fights when he's in with an active come forward guy.
like mccline. that was a very exciting fight.
And IBRAGIMOV is an all exciting fighter.
I think this will be a good action fight. Very entertaining, and made for TV fight.
hopefully i can get down there and see it live. Give my support to BrockComment
