I am no hater, I am a realist.

Maybe Cotto will get sent right back to 140 after taking a beating from Margarito or even Collazo?

A realist??? Well you're way out of reality here dude. You cannot trive on these fighters names to bring down Cotto because of what happened to their careers later on.

The point is during that time they were all prospects and Cotto is the one that came out on top. That's reality.

I agree, Hatton won impressively against Zoo in his prime in perfect health, took well all shots light hitting Collazo was able to hit him with and won in a convincing manner, fought a brave fight against slick south paw Juan Urango to get his 140 belt. Other than that Freddie Pendleton, and Ben Tackie were still very impressive when Hatton beat them.

The bolded is the point I have been re-hashing about all along. Big deal if you beat up a couple prospects...

That I would to love see.

Meanwhile I'm still giving Cotto credit for wanting to fight Marg who's gonna give him his beating.

Your sarcasm is hilarious. Is it jealousy or just hate? Hatton beat up Tszyu bad...deal with it boys.

                  Sosa is a nobody.
Corley is a SMALL light welterweight who could probably make lightweight. He has fought all of teh top fighters...but guess what...also lost to all the top fighters he faced. Hasnt faced much competition either...he is basically hyped up because he faced Zab and Mayweather. If he was a face first brawler he would be rated as second rate but b/c he has skills people think he's real good.
Randall Bailey is an ESPN fighter..
                  and Cesar Bazen...Lol, just lol.

Look at that competition, man...All of these guys are guys who havent even beat ANYONE of note. They are nobodies that werent even given a chance in the first place. Arum fed these guys to Cotto because he's his cash cow.

As for Cotto being a top guy...lets see him fight a decent welterweight. Cotto - Margarito, anyone? Margarito is going to tap that ass.
Who uses words like "fanboy"? Hockey hosers.....

I used those fighters as examples in response to you making that ***** statement, "Hatton has beaten fighters with a wealth of experience like blah blah." They were sound examples too, you just have the annoying ******* bug in you at the moment and seemingly skipped over a valid point. You clearly are NOT paying attention.

About 99 percent of the fighters on Hattons resumes are nobodies you thick ****. The only fighter on his ledger of any worth is Kostya Tszyu. Difference here being Cotto has 28 fights under his belt...Hatton has 40+ under his.

Cesar Bazan owns a win over a prime Stevie Johnston. I'd say that's someone of note.

Cotto just beat a decent welterweight. Quintana was a live prospect who was favored to win by about 35-40 percent of this board based on his Julio win. What you have to fight a hall of famer to fight a decent fighter now? What if Cotto would have beaten Paul Williams like that? Williams is just a prospect...hasn't beaten anyone outside of an ancient Sharmba Mitchell.

                  This is mind numbing.

Well every fighter passes through that stage buddy. Nobody get BIG without fighting prospects first.

Nobody with a 15-0 records goes straight to the title holders or the P4P fighters and challenge them right there and then. That's real.

Now if you're not happy that Cotto hasn't fought P4P fighters yet at this point give the guy a chance because he has just started. I'm expecting something to happen this year.

The guy has only 22 fights for Christ sake!

Hey fanboy....guess what Cotto has beaten up prospects...that's it. All of there fighters he faced early in his career had ZERO claims to fame. The only fight I've ever been impressed from him is the Abdullaev fight...his claim to fame was "losing" to Clottey in a bout that he was winning. Fair enough. Pinto, Torres, and teh rest....guess what?? All nobodies who had zero names on there resume before the fights with Cotto. After the fights with Cotto they were "tough guys", "good prospects" etc. Please..........

Oh and the fight with Quintana...anyone who had half a brain knew Cotto would win. I saw a 35 second clip of Quintana and knew Cotto would whoop that ass with body shots. It didnt take a genius to figure out that Quintana was a poser like Collazo with a 'slick' style but not much actual skills.

So yeah, I'll holler at you when Margarito beats up Cotto. Peace.
