I think Williams is a contender by now. Fair points on Williams... About Cotto's level of opposition, I would have to agree he hasn't beaten any champs yet. Ppl need to understand he only has 28 fights. Anyway, he has been brought up against good solid competition. If he made the Ring Magazine is because of the skills he has shown against good competition and not bums. Marquee names will come in their due time, but to criticize his level of opposition considering he has only 28 fights and already has been in 8 title fights, its just ******.
