Well, Pac fought a faded Morales twice with fights against Velazquez and a blown up 122 pounder in Larios over the last year and a half. It wasn't really that high a level of opposition considering how easily he destroyed Morales. I don't hate on him for taking an easy fight here, but his schedule hasn't been as rough as seem people are trying to make you think...
Is Pac a ***** for taking the Solis fight instead of a tough one?

Funny thing is that what this IS really all about is that Boxing internet fans are picky and have plenty of time (or choose to use our time) to nitpick every move a fighter makes.
It happens in all sports. Go over to the NBA boards on a game night. If Kobe misses 5 shots, you have haters who actually spend their time tracking how many game winners he has missed throughout his ENTIRE career. Or people posting how Lebron or Wade are chokers and faders if they miss a clutch shot.
My point being is that these fighters are NOT going to be perfect every time out. These fighters do NOT have to face dangerous and HOF competition 10 times in a row.
No great fighters in history is known for taking on the BEST competition immediately following each other. That is like basing a career off of Ali beating Foreman, Norton, Frasier, Patterson and Liston one after another in a two year span (had they all be available at the same time). It just doesn't work that way.
History remembers your competition, not whether you fought them all in a yearComment
