Is Pac a ***** for taking the Solis fight instead of a tough one?

This guy is totally unproven at this level. If this were Barrera or any other major title holder or big time fighter we'd all be questioning his heart? He hardly had a tough fight last time out so he should be fresh, why not try and make a real move on a belt? Valero wants him, why not go for that fight? It could happen in the Phillipines or Macau and would be huge. I just can't see the point in this at all.

of course it is a crappy opponent, but I think it is not pacman's choice who to fight.

how do you know this is a crappy fight? the guy fought humberto soto and vetran nicky bentz and has yet to be knocked down.

to me this guy is more dangerous because he is hungry for that spotlight...remember pacman was unknown when he fought ledwaba.

its funny how you guys say this guy aint tough thats the problem...how can a guy get a name? if you guys wont let them.

how else do fighters get names? by fighting tough oppositions and this is solis chance to shine so i dont think this is a walk in the park.

i agree with hectari. solis isn't a crappy opponent. i admit i don't know him (only now) but he'll not give pac a walk in the park fight.

The question is how can you call the most explosive professional fighter in the world a ***** for any reason whatsoever?

Solis is unproven but Pacquiao always takes these kinds of fights inbetween the big ones. It's the right thing to do. Solis is maybe no better or worse than Lucero, 3K Battery, Velazquez or anyone else he's fought in between the big fights over the last 5 years.

well after solis, there's still a lot next. but i'm very dismayed the way his handling his career now. if he'll goes like this, there'll probably no "next" for him.

I never said he was a *****, I asked if people on here thought he was.
