LOL I dont have it out for the guy..This article is a surprise to me.... my boy emailed me some questions and I answered them, thats all....I didn't pursue it.....I come here and post about EVERYTHING...I am on this board for years and now all of a sudden people make it like I am out for Floyd Sr.....I am making comments just like you..and you..and you and you and you and you...u know?
The point of the article was to show other perspectives on this issue. I saw that you had an opinion and as a fellow trainer, I thought it'd be nice to show people what one person in the know felt.
Swimming is AWESOME..... swimming works muscles you never knew you had...try treading water in 10 feet deep...for as long as u can (make sure someone is with you, though, seriously, so your legs dont give out on you and u drown)...I used to swim in a hotel pool that was like 40 yards long......i would swim and hard and fast as I could to one end and then turn around and go back..over and over...thats a TOUGH workout!!

Scully is on point. Swimming works out muscles that are otherwise inert no matter what kind of training you do. I just read that on another forum(bodybuilding actually) and I am gonna start swimming myself in a week or so.
Did John do this because of that moron "El Temible" who posts here?
No, he did it because I sent him some questions cuz I was having a hard time finding the concentration to work on my Miranda article. He said he ate roadkill and slept under a tarmac, some guy he is.
Thanks John about the swimming, I just got a membership at YMCA where I train and want to get into it.
