Hot Topic, for your note, Naz never had any trouble with Cesar Soto or Wayne McCullough... I watched the Wayne McCullough fight 2 nights ago. He won every round but one.
NAZ vs PAC

It wasn't difficult to see that he'd lost interest and wasn't as elusive or fast or flowing. It was well-documented he hardly trained in '96. He said Allah was giving him signs that he was on his side and he didn't need to train!Against the bum of the month quality of competition he was facing, he could do those things. Against Barrera and Cesar Soto, not really. Against Kelley, that got him on the canvas three times. It doesn't matter what he does, I do all that **** in sparring sessions. If you can't do it against world class opposition, then you really can't do it I guess. Roy Jones, Ray Leonard, and Muhammad Ali are the only fighters I ever saw who could do that **** against world class competition, cuz they were the elites. Hamed was a side-show who capitalized on ABC organization politics. Doesn't mean I love him, but Barrera and Pacquiao and Morales were too much for him. You don't knock the greats out with just one shot.Comment

Yes, but he had a very limited fighter in front of him. The Cesar Soto fight, he looked like ****. Except for his body slams.Comment

Uh huh, or maybe it was that he stopped fighting English club fighters and was in there with guys who were going to give him a real fight.Comment

So many English club fighters
No former and future world title challengers from all over the globe then? ****wad.
Even Manny Steward who was sent tapes said that Naz the best 20-year-old he'd ever seen. That's why he was so eager to get on board with Naz and try to rekindle his old form/potential..Comment

your one of the better posters on this board and i dont see where calzaghe belongs in a thread about naz and pac.
for the record i think it is one of the herdest fights i could pick a winner for , both fighters could slip up and get hurt or maybe knocked out
but i think naz might knock him outComment

Aside from Barrera, he fought no one of note. He has superior skills, average career and zero guts to get back on track.
He has one shot to ko Pac and that's about it. The constant pressure will wear him down. He won't be ko'd but he'll take a very bad beating.Comment
