Prime Roy Jones vs. Prime Floyd Mayweather

Heres what I do know.
1)Roy outclassed Toney in every aspect.
2)TOney never made any excuses and never mentioned the flu or weight problems before the fight.
3)People who dislike Roy Jones attempt to discredit him in any way possible, even if there is no factual evidence to support their claim.Comment

No hes not and no it isnt.
Toney is a fat, trash talking heavyweight.
Toney is slowly losing respect from the boxing community due to his immature antics and lackluster preformances in the ring.Comment

How am I biased?
I think Roy had incredible talent and had he faced stiffer competition could have been argued as the greatest of all time.
How is that a statement of bais in any aspect?
Your argument is slowly progressing from just crazy to immature and crazy.Comment

Oh, and yes, your the biased one.
You claim you gave Toney 4 rounds in a fight where its difficut to argue that he won ONE.
The only close round was round number 10, which Lederman gave to TOney becuase "he had done more in that round than any other" but Roy still outlanded him by 5 punches.
Again, which specific rounds did you give to Toney??Comment

If Jones fought the #1 guy at MW, Gerald McClellan, he'd of been knocked out in two rounds.
After dispatching of an alien-looking James Toney who was on his last legs on the ring walk, he started calling out Eubank and Benn! The cheek of it! There was no mention of Frankie Liles or Michael Nunn, the best two SMW's outside of Jones - maybe it was something to do with the fact that those guys were 6ft3 southpaws, maybe it was something to do with the fact that Liles's right hook had Jones teetering across the ring on ***** street in '88 en route to his amateur win over Jones and that Nunn had dominated Toney in even more impressive fashion than Jones himself, hey? He calls out Eubank and Benn because he knows that, outside of Tyson, those are the only guys who can make him millions (by going to London), yet are both clearly there for the taking. Jones said he wanted to be seen as the best fighter ever, yet was calling out Eubank and Benn without even mentioning Michael Nunn or Frankie Liles. He could of fought Gerald McClellan or Julian Jackson on Showtime, but chose Thomas ****ing Tate and left those two to fight a rematch. He was a confused guy, Jones, trying to be one of his hero's Muhammad Ali ('I want to be the best ever') in one sentance and trying to be another of his hero's Chris Eubank ('Boxing is a business') in another sentance.Comment
