Btw, if there were let's say fewer boxers there 15 or 20 and this became a book series. Of course, that woul require much more content. But it's not hard to do I guess even if you don;t know much about working out, you just need the right networking to get to the right training camps and write down their workouts in detail, their sparring sessions, etc., etc. A lot of columnists do that when covering a fighter while in training camp and it sounds very interesting regardless of the fact that they've spent just a couple of hours at the gym. Imagine if you spen a whole week with a fighter in the middle of a training camp and you put it down. That would be something else, wouldn't it.

As a boxer myself, I disagree with pesticid. I think this book is very useful. It may not give enough detail with respect to floor workouts and explaining them, but it does give detail for how many rounds/minutes these guys shadowboxed, sparred, hit the bag, ran, and so on. The diets could bemore detailed but that's not hard to find on your own.

The main thing that this book is good for, is it helps boxers vary their training regimen to keep things interesting.
