    i think its a great ****ing book! ...and the only reason the **** appears fake is because you dumb ass kids come on here talking about haveing training regiments where you hit the punching bag for 3 hours at a time and all that fake ass **** ...

    go to the training section read the liars training regiments then read that book its 2 diff worlds ... i think when most of the kids on here read what people actually do and not just the rumores they pass around on the boards they suddenly realize how easy the training part of boxing could be if they just quit kidding themselves and stop watching rocky

      oh and those "****** questions" ...."****** answers" ..belong to some of the meanest men ever to step foot in the ring ...im glad you can say that from your rear end in a computer chair because if you told vargas or an ali or a don curry that they give "****** answers" you'd be on your rear end on the ground !

              full stretch , which took around 10 mins

              5 miles

              i did some exercises like jumping jacks , sit-ups and
              press-ups , and finished up with light stretching <15 mins>

              i usually had scramble eggs, cereal , coffee and water,
              i would then have a sleep before going to the gym

              what time did you go to the gym?
              12:00 midday

              what time did you leave the gym?
              3:00 pm

              what did you do after training?
              showered, then i relaxed and mayhbe watched some tv

              what did you eat for dinner?
              i had dinner around 5:00 pm . i always had good nutritious food,
              like chicken and vegetable , with water and coffee

              what did you do after dinner?
              i enjoyed shooting pool and i liked to go for a walk before bed i would watch tv

              what time did you go to bed?
              9:30 pm

              what was your favorite exercise ?
              i liked the heavy bag

              how many days a week did you train?
              six days, sunday off

              did you have a job before you won the world title?
              yes , i worked as a store salesmen


              aaronb pryors workout:

              warm-up: 20 mins of full body stretching

              shadowboxing:3x3 min rounds <30 sec break after each round>

              limbering up:side-to-sides
              3x3 min rounds of bobbing and weaving<30 sec break after each round>
              bob and weave under a rope attached to the walls at shoulder height , punching
              upward as you come under the rope and moving forward all the time

              sparring:6-10 x 3 min rounds<30 sec break after each round

              heavy bags:4x3 min rounds <30 sec break after each round

              jumping rope:9 mins <30 sec break>

              floor exercises: 25 mins in total
              push-ups
              abdominal work
              stretching

              to finish:shower and rest

                      tyson wasnt in there unfortunitally or will it prolly be in any other books as so much bs has been told about his training regiments...i notice in these training books boxers that tend to say they do super human **** tend to not show up in any of them !

                      the list is all that was in there buuut i am gonna be purchaseing a new one with marciano and pep i think and some other dude on the cover !
