WBA welterweight champion Miguel Cotto is beginning to make moves towards fighting the elite of his division. IN 2007, Top Rank head Bob Arum is hoping to stage four Cotto events. He doesn't like to talk **** but he just did. Im still not in belife that Cotto will fight Margarito. I'll have to wait till i see boxingscene report this. And Cotto himself got stopped in his tracks with Quintannas body shots in the fight.

Bob Arum is hilarious. The guy used to hold PBF's beltloop and feed him g****s. Then Floyd buys out of his contract because Arum refuses to deal with DLH and Arum starts running his mouth. Its funny cuz Arum wouldn't help Floyd make money, and now Floyd isn't helping Arum make money. If Bob would've kept his mouth shut then perhaps Floyd would've fought the winner of Cotto-Margarito and they both could've made money. Its sad to me that promoters are such pieces of ****. Arum and Oscar could make a lot of great fights in the future, but their personal hate is keeping them from giving us fans what we want.

bob arum can say what he wants because it's his opinion, but imo, i feel cotto is a good matchup for floyd but floyd would be too fast for him and floyd's too skillful for cotto imo also. but, you never know. what i do know is that floyd's stronger than what people give him.

First of all Cotto wasnt talking ****. He just said he thinks he can beat anybody. If he doesnt feel that way then he has no chance. Second of all Cotto has the ability to beat Mayweather. Im not saying he will, but he has a chance. We'll see how the next six months ago.
