#1 problem with this forum

People not willing to go back and look at fights.

Seriously, so many people want to argue about their take on a fight but are unwilling to go back and watch it again.

There were people on here today who didn't even know Quartey knocked Oscar down in their fight, yet you always have people debating who won that one. People are always saying, "I think I scored it like..." or something along those lines, unwilling to go back and watch the fight (sometimes in slow motion) and back themselves up.

I say if you want to argue about it, you better be willing and able to access the fight and back up your points.

And by the way, you know you're good at scoring fights when you can score it, then watch it in slow motion and end up with the same score you had before. I know, very few people have time to watch parts of a fight in slow motion, but it reveals a lot more than you'd think.

You make a good point there, and I think it could greatly affect people's initial take to watch fights again. To use an example (featuring a Limey, entirely by coincidence) I had the Paler getting beat by Collazo the first time round. I watched it again and realised that he'd done enough early to clock up the points lead, so that what seemed a late caning didn't change the outcome. Also, I had Floyd losing to Castillo in their first fight (possibly unconsciously influenced by the HBO commentary). I've seen it three times now and 2-3 I had Floyd winning quite comfortably.


So Diego... you used to say you loved Danny Williams, then yesterday you said he was a bum. Were you lying then, or now?

2) Mexican fight fans
3) Bitter Winky/Hopkins fans

I love watching Danny Williams and will always be a fan, but he's absolutely terrible. It's hard to support a guy that doesn't come to fight everytime. He just picks random fights to get up for, and that is anything but admirable.

That's fair enough, I feel you on that one. He's actually the British boxer with the most peak time broadcasts this year (by accident, rather than design), appearing in FIVE peaktime mainstream channel broadcasts between last December and this. And in only ONE of them has he turned in anything like decent shape, and only in one of them given anything like a decent performance. That's not only disrepecting himself and his own career, it's also disrespecting the profile of the sport in his country.

What are you talking about? Margarito doesn't have fans. They're all just Mayweather haters who use Margarito as a way to bash Floyd. Mayweather has made them all look like idiots the past few months, so they make themselves believe that Margarito didn't look like **** against Clottey so they can keep using him.

ive been taking off to much at work and not making enough to get presents so im selling it that low.if u dont get it my next step is to post a few posters on telephone polls.it will sell that day most likely at the price im throwing out
