"Joe’s ultimate goal is to unify all the Super Middle Weight titles and become a 2 weight world champion, only time will tell if he achieves his goals"
Well - Joe, a shot at your "ultimate goal" was right there in front of you, but you didn't want it. What a load of crap.
So now that life-long goal is no longer his goal
How can anybody support this fool
Ultimate goal as in being the last or concluding element of a series; "the ultimate sonata of that opus"??
Manfredo>taylor>kesseler?
Lets see what happens after the manfredo fight? He might not get a talyor fight yet. Ether way he should fight kessler at some point befor he retries, maybe kessler should fight someone notable in the mean time. Froch or lacy would be entertaining fights.
i dont get why this is n e ways a matter of race. i just think that when uve got two undefeated guys holding two belts each in the same weight division and one is keen for it the other guy had better have a best excuse for not taking the fight. i am by no means a kessler fan but i have alot more respect for him than i do for joe. i probably wouldnt even have such a problem with it but for the fact that joe seems to think its incredibly audacious of kessler to even think he should get a shot. meh.

Joe wants to fight Jermain Taylor, that has to be a bigger fight than a fight with Kessler.
As I've jumped into the Kessler bandwagon, I just hope that he fights someone soon. Maybe Winky Wright? Man...that would be an interesting fight. That'll definitely put Kessler's name on the map.
Joe should be fighting Kessler - I'm pretty sure they could sell Taylor vs the undisputed 168 fighter with 20 title defences if he beat Kessler
Calzaghe is taking the smart move and making the smart money - but as a fan I don't want any of this manfredo b*******, I want him to fight Kessler and put on a great show. I've a feeling its more Warren's machinations than Joe's, but the result is still ANOTHER ****ty defence
Antonio Margarito wanted to fight Floyd, still does, but Floyds knows and so do most non-mexican fans that Margarito has done nothing to prove he deserves a shot at Floyd.
Now, belts aside, what the **** has Kessler done that makes him a must-have opponent for Calzaghe? Don't get me wrong, I want to see the fight, and probably will after Calzaghe gets his fight in the U.S assuming he wins, but who the hell has Kessler beat for Joe to 'duck him', Kessler has just beat an over the hill, PREVIOUSLY exposed fighter in Marcus Beyer, he beat an old man in Eric Lucas and a hyped up rugby player in Mundine, now tell me.. are wins against these three opponents something to be scared of?
Because ****ing hell, I know Calzaghe's resume isn't the best to date, he's no Roy Jones Jr. but it's a milestone ahead of Kesslers.. and if you disagree with me, **** yourself, because you're either a nuthugging Dane or a hater.
But Warren WON'T make an offer for a fight in the UK. Then it doesn't matter feck all if you claim the UK to be the greatest boxing nation in the history of the sport or whether it is a 1000 or a million times bigger than Denmark.
In one of only two fights outside the UK in his entire pro-career, Calzaghe was quite willing to go to Denmark a few years ago to fight a no name (McIntyre). But he sure as hell won't go there to fight Kessler.
And then his fans commes around with arguments like "the UK is a bigger country than Denmark" - Oh wow!!! I'm so impressed. - You've really been paying attention in geography - good boy. You are so much less ignorant than the other guy (prime example of the british) who thinks anything across the channel is Germany or german speaking territory.
- But it still matters feck all. Warren still WON'T make an offer for a fight in the UK. Otherwise he bloody well SHOULD be able to come up with a better deal - the UK being soooooo great and all - than what can be made in Denmark (despite Kessler's offer being for the biggest purse in Calzaghe's career 'till now).
this argument is actually fairly legit in terms of saying that trying to get the fight in Denmark is somehow a plea for joe not to fight him when Hatton had Tszyu, the ****in proven champ, come to the UK. Bigger boxing culture or not, that should just not happen. The UK isnt exactly Vegas in a sense that the undisputed champion should fly over to the challangers hometown and take a beating.
