Hey Calzaghe fans - be honest!! - Do you wan't to see Calzaghe fighting a contender? Sure it's a money thing, but you don't really look forward to it, unless you are one great calzaghe nuthugger.

I'm not gonna say anything about ducking.. But Calzaghe has been quite happy being "world-famous" in the UK for many years. He's had the tittle for 10 years, that could have been used as a ticket to the US, if he wanted the fame.. I'm just dissapointed he makes the move now, when a really big european match could be made.. And i ask why..

Was Bika a tuneup for Manfredo?

It's not the end of the world for Kessler, he can do without Calzaghe. Kessler is young, and is allready getting deals underway to sell him in the US.
Kessler has made new fans in the country's of his opponents, and the tv-deals now include Canada and Australia.

When you compare the records of Kessler and Calzaghe.. Don't forget how many years Calzaghe has been a champ. His recordlist should have all fighters worth mentioning over the past ten years..

Yes,and Kessler came over to Australia to fight Mundine and Mundine was not a mandatory to Kessler`s WBA-title that time.He left his home country and won a dominant points decision on foreign soil against a quality opponent, when he didnt have to Thats why most of Aussies respect Kessler.A thing Calzaghe never has done and never will

Times Calzaghe has gone into an arena in a different country against a local favourite and beat them up?

Eubank, Woodhall, Reid, Veit off the top of my head. I'm sure there's been more.
