It would be very dumb to say that Pinoys are here just because of Pacquiao. Yes, perhaps, many were gotten interested, at least on the internet, about Pacquiao especially on the forums, but doesnt mean its the only thing that Pinoys are interested to. Ive talked to many and were delighted to know about their deep knowledge in boxing, even outside of Philippine boxing.

Moreover, a Pinoy Lounge was created which also recognizes the Pinoy community's presence on this site, a community which has been steadily rising and includes discussion related and not related to boxing.

Alongside the rising numbers, it is expected that there would be posters who may have am extreme opinion / understanding of the sport. This may include out of line posts in which case, the duty of the moderators must come in.

To say to Pinoys to enjoy Pacquiao right now because it is the only thing they have is an insult.

if we go by your logic then rocky marciano would of been knocked out when he was knocking dude outs...but he retired undefeated.

because america is divided up into so many reigons, once you leave a certain reigon your going into hostile territory, a fighter from san francisco will catch hell if he fights in new york. A fighter from florida will get no love fighting in san antoinio. Look at mayweather vs gatti, a fighter from the midwest getting 0 love out in atlantic city. thats why.

I dont imply this, nor do i say this, you assume this because people have been hostile towards you on this board with those types of insults, this post is not the case. Dont just look at my post and assume that, im not insulting anyone, im only posting this as a warning that it could happen, and to be ready when it does in a few years because of his style.

Look i respect pacquiao and think he is a very good figther i just dont see what the whole fuss is about with all due respect i does not impress me how he beat morales who has about 50 fights and alot of them wars and has lost 4 out of his last 5 fights and look very depleated and old.Do you guys honestly think he is in his prime or close to it?Now pacquiao is in his prime and has not had many tough fights.Im not triyng to discredit him i give him credit for barrera he beat him fair and square and he will beat him again if they fight but morales is not the same.I would wanna see him with a young strong and skilled figther to see how he does.And i agree with the topic you guys should enjoy him cuz trust me the same thing that hapened to morales can happen to pacquiao just ask the jones,chavez,duran,tyson,trinidad etc....fans.And o pacquiao with more reason for his figthing style.
