how's it hard to figure? watch the fight. wlad clearly had no respect for sanders and did nothing but walk forward. he had no footspeed at all in that fight. no movement. clearly he only saw sanders as an inactive 37 yr old and it cost him the fight

corrie sander is only good is he is at 225 or less.. (225 for wlad, 235 for vitali)

i bet he is a career high something over 240 for this comeback fight, which will assuredly be an easy KO considering hes being promoted as a national hero in the fight,

if sanders takes his training seriously and gets into better conditioning he can take the belts, it's not going to be easy but i'd pick him to beat who is out there right now, if he's not too far out of the loop already.

You guys do realize that the only reason we know his name is because he knocked out Wlad?

A Wlad who came in all custy looking thinking he is going to get a 1st round KO against some bum, walking straight in with no respect for the guy. Overconfident and underestimating of his opposition.

Only to get knocked out to everyones surprise, by making an elementary, juvinile mistake.

And then only to get beaten to pulp by Vitali.

I just dont see him winning against Wlad, I just dont see it.

Because Corrie has beaten Wladimir already, it shouldnt be too hard for him to get a fight with him, no matter how inactive he was. Was the fight a fluke, or a style that Wladimir cant contend with?

A fluke. Wladimir didnt prepare and underestimated his opponent. And got knocked out.

                  In my opinion

Sanders is a southpaw and a athletic one at that...I dont even think he needs to be in tip top shape to beat Wlad.

He managed to land huge left hands against Vitaly and he was certainly not in shape for that contest...the point is that Corrie finds a way to land his tricky lefts no matter what and if you can take them then you will eventually stop the South African, if you cant your in big trouble.

Can Wlad eat 3 or 4 surpise left hands like his brother did?

Can Wlad stop the left? I think Corrie is one opponent Wlad and Manny would love to avoid at all costs.

He went down 3 times against Peter, and won.

He can go down 3 times against Sanders and win.

Or not get hit by them at all.
