Holmes had sunken pecs. It is hard for a man with sunken pecs to beat any version of Foreman. But Young did it with swinging pecs, so ever jealous Holmes might have pulled it off as well. This particular fight is a matchup of pecs.

When has foreman beat a gifted boxer puncher on the level of Holmes? You dismiss the Young fight because your nuts! Young showed that a boxer puncher at the elite level was George's krypton. Think about it... George loves swarmers, he can win against fellow punchers, Moore was even beating him in his second coming. So maybe i am missing something? what gifted boxer puncher did Foreman beat? On the level of Young or Holmes? Even close? none!

Full disclosure, I can't think of any, but am not sure so will Look it up! Something ahem! you might consider doing? From what I can see, my point still stands. So again, what fighter at the technical level of Holmes, Young has Foreman beat?

              - -Lar not a gifted boxer nor Young who was a runner stinker who managed to outclown Ali. He survived George by a split hair designed by DKing to knock down George a few pegs to make him more manageable.

Lar never fought Young who was better than 90% of Lar contenders. Moorer was a better technical fighter than Lar, he just had the misfortune of Looney Teddy in his corner who ruined every fighter he trained. Norton a better boxer than Lar,

Yeah ok... lots of opinion and nothing to back it up as usual. Rubbish.

I would have loved to see Holmes -Foreman Square off in the 1990s....of course if Foreman had continued after 1977....or even comeback 5 years earlier in 1982 rather than 1987..it is likely they would have met
