    Holmes vs Foreman in 99

    - -In 99 Lar started an ol'Timers series with 40ish Bonecrush and Weaver, but he was desperate for Foreman.

Foreman backed out when the promoter couldn't meet his guarantee, which in Lars pea brain robbed him of one of his biggest career purses.

Now George had two careers and Lar always well below as in Unranked in the pecking order where they overlapped.

Lar still steaming after getting kicked off the IBHOF grounds the day before, spent half of his HOF speech dragging Big George thru the muck of Lars fecal imagination. Never seen anything like it and prob won't again.

So, what if they fought in 99?

    Well?

Well Queensburied, I will answer you. I’ve been a Larry Holmes defender against your pro big George Stance.
In 1999 I think George wins.
But when they agreed to fight in the old Houston Astrodome, I believe was 1991 I think Larry would’ve Destroyed George.
The Larry Holmes that beat Ray Mercer then lost to Fields as you call him eats George up.
The George that lost to Tommy Morrison and basically lost vs Axel Shultz has no chance.
Now later on in the late 90’s I think George wins.
The Larry Holmes that struggled vs Was it Rocky Pepeli.
Yes the same Rocky Pepeli that stared along side Former Heavyweight contender Randall “ Tex “ Cobb in the movie Diggstown .
The Great James Woods and legendary Actor Bruce Dern & Lou Gosset jr.
    George aged better for sure.

        - -Actually they were scheduled to fight before George first retirement, but Fat Lar who was still skinny broke a nail or something along those lines, so the fight never came off.

Sweet fantasy piece. U a science fiction author too?

Any good version of Holmes is smart enough to beat the 90s Foreman. But by 99 George probably held on to his youth a bit longer than Larry. George is still probably strong to this day.

Holmes imo beat Holyfield (who was prime) and did it standing in the corner all night. Then his beating of Mercer, he did a better job than Lewis did, considering Mercer was actually beating Lewis down at times. Holmes was massively underrated in his comeback, I often wonder how his career would have gone had he had a better personality and was better looking for the media lol.

            - -Might wanna watch the fights. He hung on the ropes in his corner because his legs were shot for the whole of his comeback. He elbowed a vicious cut on Field who reacted much like Tyson did when Field headbutted him. He did not win, he just made the fight as ugly as he is!

What heavyweight champ calls out Butterbean and gets dropped? Mercer? The Mercer who near choked him out with one arm seconds away from needing medical personnel to save his life before the ref forced a breaki? Smart enough to follow 20 yr old Tyson from fight to fight ravaging him in every ring interview trying to get fight while in training for a year in anticipation. And what happened? Brutalized before literally, ie LITERALLY being crucified on the canvas for 5 nonresponsive minutes. The same guy with an 0-6, 0 KO title record against standing champs having won their titles in the ring?

Is there some kind of Robin Williams Mork from Ork world your mythical Tubby Lar lives on? Or maybe it's just U on Ork!

                - -Lar priced hisself out. That's why was reduced to fighting retired Weaver, Smith, and Butterbean for peanuts.
