      - -Neon Leon vs Tom Molineaux, two dull witted Murican champs near 170 yrs apart.

Conditions and rules at the 85 yr fulcrum circa 1895 Dallas, Tx where the first Fitz vs Champ JJCorbett was impending until Texas Legislators made boxing illegal. Their fight ended up in 1897 Reno, Nv for context under Queensbury rules in 4-5 Oz gloves for context .

What is the evidence Molineaux had a low IQ?

          - -Came to England to be used as a punching bag in between using his earnings to lard his rumpus as he pickled his mind.

Sounds ****** to me, but maybe there's some isolated Quote that you know of that proves otherwise.

First of all, I can't imagine him doing well on an IQ "test."

But interviews are a half-decent indicator, and the ones he did with Ali -- obviously among the very smartest HW champs ever -- always seemed to leave old Joe looking a pretty slow, kind of out there, missing the point, taking things too literally and too seriously.

Ringside at the first Leonard/Duran fight, Frazier was asked by an announcer, "Does Roberto Duran remind you of anyone?" Frazier responded, "Charles Manson." The announcer clearly was trying to suggest that Duran's fighting style was reminiscent of Frazier's own, but of course he missed that.

(In Frazier's defense, the facial resemblance of a bearded Duran to Manson wasn't that far off.)
I don't think Frazier missed anything, He was obviously doing a play on words to show how "different" Duran was. If anything that quote is semi famous in the boxing community.

                  Sam "Who's necks?!" Peter?

Rid**** Bowe and Leon Spinks come to mind as well. Though Bowe had the ring IQ. Deontay is up there too.

                    - -Like Bowe, yeah, I worked in a ******ed group home for teens, and they were obviously ******ed, but they had the right to fight and more importantly, Leon seems to have had a good heart and was never the thug Bowe was and exploited badly by DKing.

Lol didn't I mention Leon? Yes he did have a good heart and the worse dental work. It is said the one thing DaVinci could not create was a mouthguard for Leone Spinks.
