Sanchez/Pedroza for me. Both long standing featherweight belt holders at the same time.

I always felt that a prime Golota vs the klitschko's would have been the best HW euro matchups. But there was never really a time for this to happen, in the early 00s when the Klitschko's were starting to peak Golota had the car accident that ruined his left hand, and his mental strength in the ring only became normal when he was way past it. Still would have liked to seen him against Vitali in the early 00s.

Fights that were practical and had the potential to alter boxing history and legacies as we know them.

                1 Dempsey/Wills
                2 Robinson/Burley
                3 Ketchel/Langford (non-exhibition rematch)
                4 Marciano/Patterson
                5 Lewis/Bowe

Would give my left nut to see Stevenson Ali. Both at prime.

Bowe gets a lot of action with these lists...we could also perhaps ask for Bowe versus Tyson.

How about Mayweather against Camacho? at lightweight? (130-35).

Nah! Wills was overhyped, no way he would be tough for Dempsey. Didn't the hulk from Spain beat Wills? the same one who Dempsey dispatched after being run out of the ring?
