Fury had a great win over Wladimir, but his resume is extremely thin after that.

You can argue Lewis lost the 2nd Holyfield fight when he won the Title, which I would agree with you on. But, on the same token, Lewis clearly beat Holyfield the first time and was robbed of being Champion. So it works both ways.

Lennox Lewis accomplishments AT HEAVYWEIGHT blow Furys out the water. It's just that simple. And I'll repeat that I am no fan of Lewis.
Yes Lewis accomplishments do out-trump Fury's accomplishments, but not by much.I acknowledged Lewis was unfortunate to only come away with a draw. Holyfield could not fight for more than a minute of each round in 99. Wladimir could fight for fun going into the Fury fight. Fury beating Wlad in a rematch, puts Fury above of Lewis on accomplishments, as well as him being the Greatest British Heavyweight.

Its clearly Lewis, the others are no where near his achievements.

However how much "credit" does his "home country deserve"?

He spent all of his learning years in Canada boxing for Canada! As a young pro he was trained by New Jersey based trainer Johnny Davenport!
He fought in England early in his pro career because his backers had their business ties there.
Not sure how all of that blesses him as a
"British Heavyweight" but if you count being born there then leaving at 10yrs I guess he's a "natural son"!

I knew of Lennox when he was a young amatuer. The spar with Tyson when they were kids was hopefully going to give each work but that didn't work out like that hahaha....
Johnny was a good friend of mine and we invited each other to our local shows for years. He had the best kids in Jersey and my crew was one of the best in Conn. We both geared our attentions on the youth not the older guys.
Lennox went on to Correa after being with Johnny, probably a mistake.

Lennox was a good kid, I think he got sick of people pulling on him once and gained fame.

Look ANTHONY, you little freak! LOL

My argument is always and exactly this...

Better, stronger, fitter fighter, beats crapper, weaker, sloppier fighter..

You CHOOSE to back the biggest bums you can find against the most elite boxers the world has seen.

It's not my FAULT you purposely fight against reason!

I don't MAKE the truth, I merely REPORT it!
