I never said I trained Mike Tyson EVER! I worked pads with Mike AT Cus's gym when Mike was about 14 years old. Again at Goveners Isle at a Junior Olympic show. Watched him spar with Lewis and worked a heavy bag with him all when he was a Junior Olympic competitor when I was the Team Coach USA/ABF Region One.

If I show an article stating I was the Conn. State Junior Olympic Chairman and Region One coach will YOU leave the forum?

As far as Claims go.......didnm't you post that YOU met Tyson and assked him if he remembered Me?
Remember when Tyson visited England or Mars or where ever yoiyur from you little jackazz!

Take the bet sonnyboy..............elroy & juggy didn't because they know it would be bye bye for them.

Stop BS people here and grow up Hagler & Lewis are top tier guys in the history of the sport. Grow up!

Another barrel of laughs here on the "boxing" forum.

First I want to correct an error Ray made earlier. Jugbrain, Sonny and Elroy are not "three boys." These three are full growed halfwits.

The only one I promised to never directly address again was Jugbrain, the other two I seldom reply directly to, but could if I wanted to.

Mythical bouts are meaningless and enjoyable. In fact, there are far too many unknowns for anyone to know what they are talking about. But below is my best take on the lists.

Hagler vs Ray Robinson = Robinson SD
Hagler vs Harry Greb = Greb SD
Hagler vs Sam Langford = Langford SD
Hagler vs Marcel Cerdan = Draw
Hagler vs Gene Fullmer = Hagler TKO on cuts
Hagler vs Roy Jones = Hagler KO
Hagler vs James Toney = Hagler UD
Hagler vs Stanley Ketchel = Hagler TKO
Hagler vs Bernard Hopkins = Hagler UD
Hagler vs Jake LaMotta = Draw

Hagler vs Freddie Steele = Hagler UD
Hagler vs Ray Leonard = Draw
Hagler vs Carlos Monzon = SD either way
Hagler vs Mike McCallum = Hagler UD

Also, where is this garbage coming from that Fullmer was such a brutal puncher (as if I don't know where)? Gene was brutal altogether, but his punches (the accidentally legal ones) were perhaps the least brutal aspect of his style. Even his jab was a chopper. He had the only chopping jab I remember from any boxer. Gene was strictly a medium puncher, at best. Animal strength is not directly proportional to punching power, for mathematicians in the house, or Ken Norton would have been one of the hardest heavyweight punchers ever, instead of just a medium puncher.

Ketchel seems the archetype of a skill-less fighter, a brute slugger with a big wallop. He was handled easily by Langford who was trying to make it seem close enough so as not to jeopardize their big money bout that was being discussed for California later that year, while Ketchel went all out. No bout description I ever read reminded me more of MW/Maidana I.

Ketchel caught the unsuspecting Johnson well enough for a flash knockdown. Only Jack's pride was hurt. He jumped up and crucified Ketchel with one punch.

I like how you have just exposed yourself, as someone who knows nothing about Boxing History. Absolutely nothing.

Gene Fullmer nearly murdered Benny Peret in the ring,. Fullmers punches were some of the most brutal punches ever seen in the middleweight division. It is obvious you have never seen Fullmer vs Peret fight. 3 months after the Fullmer beating, Peret was killed in the ring, in his 3rd fight with the excellent Emile Griffith. However, the damage had already been done to Peret by Fullmer. Gene Fullmer floored the durable **** Tiger. Fullmer was the only man ever to hammer and stop Carmen Basilio who was "The Toughest of the Tough".. not once, But Twice!.. Fullmers resume is stacked full of Quality, not Tomato-cans like Marvin Hagler's resume. Fullmer fought and beat Sugar Ray Robinson, Ralph`Tiger`Jones, Carmen Basilio, Gil Turner, Eduardo Lausse, Rocky Castellani, Chico Vejar, Spider Webb, Wilf Greaves, Joey Giardello (would destroy Hagler).. Florentino Fernandez (excellent fighter), **** Tiger all exceptional fighters, who would destroy any fighter Marvin Hagler ever beat. I have fight-film of all those fighters and can vouch of their greatness.

You Theory that Langford "carried" Stanley Ketchel. Is now known to be False. Evidence has surfaced, which makes claim it was the other way around, Ketchel carried Sam. In the final round Sam was looking for the bell to survive the onslaught. Ketchel was an incredible fighter, so good he floored a prime Jack Johnson in a World Title Fight. Could you imagine Marvin Hagler flooring Larry Holmes in 1982 ?... Hagler was terrified of 5'6'' Dwight Braxton.

Robinson, Greb, Langford, Monzon & Cerdan you have Hagler losing a Split-Decision :blow:.... surely your joking. Hagler was beaten by a landslide against Ray Leonard. With Leonard having his first fight in over 3yrs LOL ... we are talking Marvin Hagler here, the little 5'9' guy who stole the Marvelous nickname from Marvin Johnson. Hagler would be slaughtered by those all time greats. Monzon would clubber him. Cerdan steamroll him. Langford poleaxe him and Robinson & Greb would play with him, before knocking him out.

Don't hold your breath. He is known for making comments like "Ketchel carried Langford" without offering any credible evidence. I've recently read a biography about Langford that doesn't verify that at all.

Thulani Malinga - 2 time world champion?.......super middle 168 S. African Champ. Thats like being the champion of Texas maybe. Never held a World Title.

Vaca, hahaha seriously the guy was stopped like 25 Times, the majority of his fights were 147! He fought in Mexico and was an opponent for the majority of his career. 65W 26 L with 21 KO loses.

Jorge Castro, I mentioned Castro as a good fighter in my post. He won a title (WBA) by elimination and held it for ONE year! Good fighter not exactly a great champion.

Bernard Hopkins ...fought the vast majority of his bouts prior to the Jones match as a "super middleweight"! He never had any title when he fought Jones in fact it took him 7 or 8 years to win his first world title after meeting Jones.

So there are NO Titlists fighting Jones!!!

Are you accepting my challenge? Elroy ran and juggy is still hiding. Maybe your right and I don't have any credentials at all. Maybe I'm just a BS like you!

Do you want to find out? Buck up sonny you talk big but you know you ain't sh*!. ......... gutless!

why would a Langford biography claim Ketchel had the better of Sam?
