Nunn was a mandatory for Jones' 175 lb WBC title. Roy refused to make the defense, but the WBC let him slide. This eventually led to a lawsuit which nearly put the WBC out of business.

Kind of wish that would've happened then. Would have been one less corrupt governing body to deal with.

Hopkins over Tito might be better and Marquez or MOrales over Pacquiao might make an argument but in terms of break out "who the hell is this guy" type of wins, yes Pac over Barrera is easily the best. It's probably the most astonishing break out wins since Honeyghan over Curry. Sadly Honeyghan didn't go onto do much more.
