A lot of hard punching could not stop Young. He was a defensive master. Foreman was not really prime when he fought Young anyways. He was damaged goods after the Ali fight.

Prime is not age ,Foreman was better in his 40's despite what anyone WISHES to believe ive already proved that here with numerous posts ,unless you trained Foreman or are Foreman himself my statements stand .....Foreman lost to Young because he virtually had no defense to begin with any point in the 70's ,the FACT is despite fighting a smart fight with not wasting as many punches as usual he still lost.

Foreman is the heaviest handed fighter I know of. Meaning he doesn't need great technique or precision punching to hurt or stop someone. His punchers are hard and heavy and they're impact remains with an opponent longer than other fighters would normally.
I knew people who sparred with George in his earlier years and during his return, as he aged the shots lost some of their speed naturally but their effect was simular.
Biggest puncher I've seen, the biggest I've experienced was Shavers & Tyson.

You proved what? Did you train Foreman? I didn't think so. Yeeah...a 40 year old fighter is better than he was in his prime.... Yup.

Hardest ever puncher is out of Earnier Shavers, Ron Lyle, Foreman, Louis, Tyson or Liston.
For sheer 1 shot power, Shavers or Tyson.

Of all time P4P - it's a tough call but perhaps Julian Jackson or still Shavers.

Hard to say since most heavies in the upper echelons could put your lights out if they landed right. For me the guys who displayed truly otherworldly power are Tua, Tyson, Foreman and Cooney. Tua's probably the hardest of the bunch given the way his opponents got stopped.

No Wlad ?Punch for punch he may hit harder than Tyson as F.Roach has said ,i dont think Foreman was a one punch k.o artist as much either ....Lewis had a crushing right hand and what about Morrisons left hook and Ruddocks as well all guys i think hit harder than Foreman or Cooney.

Wlad hits pretty hard. Not sure he'd be in the upper echelon though. Vitali hit pretty hard, probably harder than Wlad.

Not at all..Wlad has the power over Vitali.Vitali is a foreman like puncher he wears you out..Wlad has that speed/snap and can knock you out instantly..how is he not in the upper class?Even Steward said he is the hardest punching Hw he had ever worked with or seen who can knock you out at any moment of the fight. The difference between him and Tyson is wlad slowly punishes you and Tyson is aggressive and forces the k.o on you..
